Our team recently completed a full exterior cleaning project for a property in Tonbridge, restoring both the roof and the block-paved driveway to a fresh, well-maintained condition. Block Paved Driveway – Cleaning & Kiln-Dried Sand Refill
The driveway had become dull over time, with moss growing between the joints and staining across the surface. Our cleaning process included:
1. High-pressure driveway wash
We removed dirt, moss and algae using a rotary surface cleaner to ensure an even clean without streaks.
2. Edge cleaning and detail work
Borders and tight areas were cleaned separately to achieve a uniform finish.
3. Re-sanding of block paving joints
Once dry, we applied kiln-dried sand to refill all joints, improving stability, preventing block movement and restoring the driveway’s crisp appearance.

Roof Cleaning – Deep Clean & Moss Removal
The roof had heavy moss growth and dark weathering across all elevations. To restore it safely and effectively, we carried out:
Full moss removal by hand and with specialist scraping tools
Low-pressure roof cleaning to lift dirt and organic matter without damaging the tiles
Gutter and downpipe clearance to ensure proper water flow
Detail cleaning around the dormer, ridges and gable ends
